Can I use an HSA card to pay for services and products?

Yes. Most HSA’s allow payment for my services and products. Please contact your HSA program for specific questions or if you are required to submit anything for approval.

do these services qualify for insurance?

At this time, my services do not qualify for insurance reimbursement. I am hoping that in the future, they will be. As of January 2020, three Category III CPT Codes for health and well-being coaching services were approved by the AMA. This code utilization data will support the application to the American Medical Association (AMA) for the approval of health & well-being coaching services as Category I CPT Codes, fully supported for reimbursement.

My friend told me i should do a parasite cleanse, how do i get started?

I love this question! I have two answers. But first - you need to know that before I can safely recommend a parasite cleanse for you, I need to do a quick (free) consult with you. I need to know any current meds you are taking and find out if you have any current health conditions. Being on medications or having a health condition doesn’t disqualify you - it just helps me customize the best approach for you.

Now, you have two options for starting a parasite cleanse. Option one: I highly recommend getting the comprehensive testing done before starting a cleanse. This gives me a baseline of your current gut health which we can then monitor for progress. Testing can be done in person, or you can mail me a DNA sample if you are not local. After testing, you receive a custom health plan along with the recommended parasite cleanse products. The products will be shipped to you.

Option two: You may forgo the comprehensive testing, the down side is that we cannot see your progression data. However, you can still make some great progress by doing the cleanse itself. I can create a recommendation for you based on our initial consult. The products will be shipped to you and details on how to take them will be sent. I will check in with you periodically to gauge your progress and advance you through the steps remotely.
